Edvinas Kiskis

Edvinas is part of Kibo team since November 2022 taking care of all Kibo’s legal matters. Prior to joining Kibo, Edvinas worked for over three years at Cuatrecasas, a leading Spanish law firm, as part of the Fund Formation team. In his previous role, he assisted top fund managers with the incorporation and fundraising of private equity and venture capital funds and co-investment schemes under Spanish and Luxembourg laws, as well as with governance, regulatory, disclosure, and M&A matters.

Edvinas holds a Law degree from Universidad de Almería, a Master’s degree for admission to the Spanish Bar from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, and an LL.M. in International Energy Law from City, University of London.

In his free time, this true Lithuanian is exploring Italian culture (with a focus on its cuisine), while searching for the best half-marathon races and basketball courts around the world. He has also recently discovered axe-throwing as one of his new favorite activities.
